RIGHT OF RETURN AND PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Products purchased from the online store have a full 14-day return policy. Customer returns are free of charge for the customer. The returned product and product packaging must be intact and the product unused. If the product is not in good condition for sale, the customer is responsible for the reduction of the value of the product up to the full price of the product. 
The same right of return applies to damaged products or if you have otherwise received an incorrect delivery. We will refund the returned product to the customer using the same payment method as the customer has paid for the order.
Payment to the customer will be made when the canceled product has been returned and the product has been found to be for sale, however, no later than within 14 days of receiving the return. 
Order return Fill out the return form and attach it to the return or email info@okidogi.store. Pack the product carefully for mailing so that it is not damaged during transport.
Packages picked up from the post office will be returned via the Post Office.

Replacing a product with a similar product for the same price.The return is made in the same way as a normal product return. Once the product has been returned and checked, okidogi.store will send the replacement product as a new shipment. Replacing a product with a different priced product. 
The exchange of the product takes place in such a way that the shipped product must first be returned to the return address indicated by okidogi.store. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will refund the returned product.
After this, the customer can order a replacement product as a new order from the online store, in which case the customer is responsible for the delivery costs of the new order. 

REFUND 

Upon receipt, verification and processing of the refund, the fee will be refunded.
