DELIVERY TERMS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

The e-shop is open to all consumer customers who are at least 18 years old and have a valid e-mail address and mobile phone number. To order products, you need to register in the okidogi.store online store. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

 DELIVERY TERMS IN BRIEF:

1.By placing an order, you agree to the use of your personal information. (see Privacy Statement)
2.An order placed through the online store is binding when the customer has confirmed these terms and conditions on the order page and accepted the order. You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you registered.
3.Delivery time for orders  is 7-14 working days. If the ordered product has exceptionally run out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately.
4.Products have a 14-day return policy.
5.If the wrong product has been delivered to the consumer, or the product is defective, the consumer must immediately notify the okidogi.store e-commerce customer service by e-mail info@okidogi.store (Mon-Fri 9-16)
6.Okidogi.store is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, hindered or delayed due to a circumstance beyond the control of okidogi.store, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, official decision, disruption of public transport or other similar obstruction of okidogi.store e-commerce or preventive action.

PRICE

The valid price is the price that is on the okidogi.store website when ordering. Product prices are valid until further notice. Promotional prices are only valid during the promotion. E-commerce prices include VAT on the amount of the product at the tax rate. We reserve the right to change prices and reserve the right to cancel or cancel a sale due to pricing errors or incorrect availability information. 

DELIVERY TIME

We always strive for delivery as soon as possible. We will contact customers as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone if we find that the delivery time is longer than normal. 

PICK UP FROM OKIDOGI.STORE 0 €

You can pick up your order from okidogi.store from the warehouse (Fuengirola center) after receiving a text message from the store that the order can be picked up. Orders are processed on weekdays.
If the product is not directly in stock or delivery is delayed, okidogi.store will contact the customer immediately using the contact information provided by the customer. 
Proof of identity must be provided when picking up the order. Orders are only handed over to the billing customer in person, in exceptional cases against a power of attorney. 

TRACKED DELIVERY 

The postal package will be delivered to your nearest post office. Delivery time 2-3 business days.
Package storage time 7 days.
If you want your order to the nearest Post office pick-up point other than your home address, you must indicate this in the order message field. In the message field of the order, indicate the pick-up point, exact delivery address and pick-up location of your desired alternative delivery.
